cool photo...I think
« on: March 23, 2013, 08:20:00 AM »
Went out stump shootin and shed huntin several days ago. Enjoyed the day very much. Shot many stumps and didn't lose or destroy any arrows. (I think I'm getting better!) No sheds were found but I did find this and thought it would make for a good photograph.

A cool find.  Any other parts of the skeleton nearby, or had the yotes carried this off for a private snack?  What part of central Mass?  I have a buddy that lives in Ayer, I grew up by Springfield.
The season gave him perfect mornings, hunter's moons and fields of freedom found only by walking them with a predator's stride.

Didn't find any but I wasn't really looking for them. Could have still been buried in snow nearby. I've been through Ayer many times. I live in Sutton, next to Worcester. I use to go thru Waldoboro all the time visiting my Uncle in Union. Hunted many of the woods around there and fished 7 Tree Pond alot! They have since moved to Ashland so it's been a while...Moody's still there?
