are you kidding!  I had mine filled out and in the mail the same week that DOW released them......
Only 4 months, 3 weeks and 6 days to opening morning..

We've been in for three weeks, unfortunately nothing is a sure draw this year. Good chance of getting second choice for elk and deer.
