New Hampshire, Maine Moose and KY elk.
« on: April 09, 2013, 08:03:00 PM »
Well, I finally got 3 of my lottery hunts applied for:

-Moose in Maine. (I've actually drawn on this one before),
-Moose in N. Hampshire
-Archery elk in Kentucky.

Just got to get in the Vermont Moose lottery and then see what happens!

As they say, you can't play if you don't pay      :goldtooth:   !

Any other TG members entering these or any other hunt drawings?

Tried to enter PA elk online, but can't get to the Elk Lottery Application.  Guess I'll have to contact PA Fish & Game!

Thanks, Izzy!  This is a new one for me.

Ermont,

Wouldn't be an issue at all.  I'd just have to buy a new one       !

Got that Centaur in your hands yet?

Good luck, especially for NH. I heard that there were only going to be about 245 permits total issued this year and probably even fewer next year. The problem is the winter ticks. Tick counts this winter on recoevred moose average around 100,000 with 30,000 being normal range. They say the last 5 or so warmer than average winters is to blame. In any event, good luck on all your draw applications.

I may try for a Maine tag again this year too.  It would be a fun hunt to draw for sure.
