Getting closer to that time of year.

How about showing us photos of your fishing bow?

This is my main rig:  Bear Grizzly 45 lb with a Retriever reel, plain glass shaft.  I like Shure Shot Penetrator points for carp or a Cajun Pirahna long barb for most everything else.  It's raining right now and I'm hoping for Sangchris Lake to fill up some more.  Carp should start showing up in the shallows soon.

I'll have to dig for a good picture of the entire bow, but I use this old Bear Panther that I bought for $35.  Water was getting in between the clear coat and the fiberglass, and leaving milky white spots, whenever the bow got wet.  I didn't want to spend much money on refinishing it, so I made this homemade stencil and "Carp Camo'ed" the bow...

What line are you using with your bear reel.  I picked one up last year but it did not have any line.

Curt Briskey rawhide backed osage with homemade shakespere reel system.   Wont be long to get back out there. Now I live 1 mile from my bowfishing spot so my trips may be more frequent.
