Tillering 3 under vs. split
« on: April 14, 2013, 04:17:00 PM »
Hi all- I'm looking at a 68" 43# HH over on the stickbow site that is tillered for 3 under.  I shoot split..should I avoid the bow?  Thanks for any help.
Chris

I don't think it matters that much.

X2 what shed hunter said, I shoot 3 under and only have one bow tillered 3 under for me, the only difference I see is a higher nock point and the bow is a little noisier for me, should be able to drop the nock point and shoot with no problems. If it doesn't shoot the way you like you can always relist it for sale, never hurts to try.  Good luck if you do.

Too many bows to list, and so many more I want to try!  Keep the wind in your face, and your broadheads sharp.

I think it depends on the bow.

It will shoot great.  Just will require a slightly different nock point.
