American Leathers Shout Out!

Just had to give a shout out to John and Lori Turner at American Leathers!          

I had an accident last summer and lost the top part of my middle finger on my string hand.  I sent several emails to glove makers, including the maker of the one I had shot for years, and was told that they "didn't do custom orders".  I emailed John and asked if he could make me a custom fit glove and he said, "Sure just send in a tracing of your hand."  
Well, I finally got around to it, sent my tracing in and 6 days later have a truly custom American Leathers Crossover glove.  It fits my "modified" shooting hand very well and I am  really impressed with the smooth release it gives.  It will take a little getting used to but this glove gives me great balance between feel and protection I needed for my sensitive finger.

I just can't say enough about the GREAT CUSTOMer service and fine product.  They even sent me a real nice  leather bow tip protector I didn't order!  You can't go wrong dealing with these folks!

John was my "guide" at the North American Longbow Safari last year and I really enjoyed talking to him. Good guy for sure and knows alot about alot including gloves. not surprised he helped you out and glad to hear he did.

They build a great glove. Have been shooting them for years. I also sent them a hand tracing, and ended up with a perfect fitting glove.
