Any thoughts on this compared to his Vixen.

They argos i had was a shooter. 68" 51@ 30
Super smooth and very fast. But so are the other bows James builds. I just orderd a vixen and it was a toss up between the vixen and the argos. Either bow is a good choice in my opinion.

Gregg,
Give James a call and he will tell you all you need to know. Fr me it is hard to imagine the Argos having any qualities that the Vixen does not have.  I'm sure it may be a little faster but the Vixen ( I have his Misty Dawn and Morningstar also) is still my favorite bow I have ever had the pleasure of owning or shooting. My Vixen has fantastic cast, no Handshock , very very point able and just overall beautiful. Now with that said the more I shoot the Morningstar the more and more I am loving it.
Like I said earlier, give James a call and he will tell you the pros and cons of his designs.
Good luck , and you cannot go wrong with a Berry

My argos was awesome. Times was tough and had to sell to mike. I have two vixens and had the argos .aswell as a taipan and misty dawn. Out of all those the vixen is my fave. Thats why i got two of em. But i did love my argos. Still regret letting go. If u fancy r/d bows get an argos. But if u want or want to try an american style. The vixen is the one. Love mine so much.
