I tried looking for a video after getting a steelmaster, ended up giving Dave a call at Simmons. He told me what to do over the phone as well as emailed me his instructions. The key is getting the burr on each side with the file, and then the same with the ceramic. You don' t need to put a lot of pressure either. I got these 175 Tigersharks as sharp as my Lansky doe's my knives... I believe I still have those instructions I can send you if you don't have them. I will say again, if you DON'T bring a BURR on each side, you will never get it as sharp as possible..
