Very thin cork for TD limbs?
« on: August 27, 2007, 07:33:00 PM »
Any idea where to get really thin cork to put between the limbs and riser?  Unsuccessful at the craft stores, nothing under about a 1/8 inch.

Auto Part we've got.  I tried Micheal's but too thick, there's a Hobby Lobby in the next town.  Do you remember what section it was in?  I've got the Hobby stick on felt, I think the cork would be better.  Thanks.

I saw what I think was 1/16" sheet cork at the Lowes Home Improvement Center last weekend.  It was with the shelf liners in the shelving section.

I saw some at Hobby Lobby too. Just ask one of the girls. They'll take you right to it.

I used synthetic leather from JoAnn's.
Time is a great teacher, but unfortunately it kills all its pupils.
