Source for riser wood

I'm looking for companies that sell nicely figured exotic wood suitable for recurve risers. I want to be able to see the blank that is for sale. I'm looking for that "special" piece or at least good ideas for a custom build.
I found Cook Woods with an internet search and several places that list wood but they don't show actual photos of the blank like Cook does. I also was recommended to check Gilmer Wood Co. but their website doesn't work for me...
Got any ideas?

Rare Earth Hardwoods. Their website is not the most user friendly, but they do have a great selection, and pictures of the actual piece that is for sale.
