Help with screw-in adapters for glue-on broadheads

I'm going to start shooting some Snuffers and some of the Magnus MA-I broadheads.  Will be using carbon arrows, and using screw-in adapters.

I've put a few together.  They are trued and my gluing process is holding.

I keep hearing that all adapters are not created equal. I would like to hear everyone's thoughts on the ones you consider best quality.  Also, if it is brand specific, could you please list a supplier.

I can't quote brands , I have had some aluminum adaptors that,were just not straight making it tough to get them to,spin right.
I prefer the steel adaptors usually straight and I like the weight.

Allan ,  Finally got the grade five titanium adaptor perfected and in production. The grade five titanium has almost 2.5 the tensile strength as the low carbon steel used in the commercial steel adaptor. Testing has real good results. They were actually used on Buff's elephant hunt with no bending detected.
Expensive but worth every penny on dangerous game.
They weigh 75 grains but are actually the approximate size of a steel 125 grain .The fit clear up the 5 degree taper on all standard broadheads. A picture is up on the shop section of  www.tuffhead.com.  If a adaptor can be termed beautiful this one would fall into that catogrey        

Hopefully this will solve problems with the weak link

Great news. Finally, an adapter that is a suitable companion to the incredible Tuffhead broadheads! Thanks for coming up with a good solution. I knew if anyone could make it happen, you could.

Compared to the high cost of hunting large, dangerous game, the money spent on the highest quality broadhead/adapter combination is a minimal amount. Truly, when the outcome of a hunt can be adversely impacted by an equipment failure, it is best to spend the extra to eliminate that potential problem. That does not mean that extreme strength is required for most animals, but it is essential for the biggest and baddest beasts we hunt with stick and string, and it will be just as useful on anything else we hunt if we already own it anyway. Now I need to get some of the new adapters and carefully extract the old, soft adapters from the Tuffheads that I glued up using marine grade epoxy (excellent adhesive).

Thanks for the kind words..............although i can not take all the credit.

Larry Hanify from  www.abowyer.com  helped me find some one to machine them for me. Larry is also going to carry them on his web site.

Epoxy, crazy glue and even jb weld can be loosened with heat. As I am sure most are aware. In Allen's case if he had a extra brass insert from his arrows he could  partially  screw it on to the threaded portion of the broadhead adapter and heat it The heat will transfer through the insert to the adapter and hopefully loosen the glue  with out  heating the broadhead to much
