I have a old vintage martin firecat laying around my place, and I been looking for a new project to do, Can I convert the martin firecat riser to use recurve limbs? Can anyone shed some light on how if it is possible and if so what steps should I take to get this started, thanks!!!

There's more than one version of Firecat, one actually was available as a recurve. But not the one you have pictured. I've had a couple, but the limb angle is around 23 1/2 degrees, too steep. Also the limb pockets would have to be reworked quite a bit. The fiberglass on the belly of the compound limbs on mine started lifting, so I trashed it. It was a great finger-style bow as a compound, though.
