Anybody having trouble contacting Rancho Safari??
Been trying to call with no answer.Left messages and even e-mailed with no reply????

No Jerry always has replied to my emails might have been a day but also call that number on his website and he also has another number that contacts him..hope this helps!!

They are having trouble on their end. I contacted Jerry at the phone number on the web site and he returned my call with in the hour. Nice guy. Took my order over the phone and it was at my door in less than a week.

A friend of mine is trying to check on his order for a new Shaggie Longcoat, but has not had any luck hearing back from them.  Anyone know what is up with them?
