Started out in the sixties shooting woodies with 125 grain points, and they still work today. With my light carbons 145.

I know that Bob Morrison shoots 44# @ 26" and has 300 grains up front. My wife shoots 44# @26" and she has 200 grains up front.

I use a 125 grain head with a 50 grain insert. my bow's range from 45-48#s.

GT3555 with a 50 gr brass insert and 145 gr broadhead insert combo. This has been a deadly combo for me

My 45# recurves, with dacron strings, shooting 30" Heritage 150's tune in with 250 gr points....and I love em.
