Yes, many times. Both on the 3D range and hunting rabbits. He has a smooth and natural style that works extremely well. He is also extremely humble about his ability. He is a MUCH better shooter than he gives himself credit for.
I emulate his style pretty well, but am nowhere near his (natural) skill level.

I have his books and met him in person several years ago. I cannot shoot his style but it works well for him. He is a true gentleman and was even kind enough to autograph the books for me.
