A St Jude story.....
« on: June 08, 2013, 11:01:00 AM »
I saw a bow glove in the auction I wouldn't mind having for a spare , so I bid on it a time or 2.

Last day, I come boppin in late, and look to see if it has been bid on by someone. Yep, Fred has outbid me, dang! 8:59 PM here, so I have a minute to rebid. Well, I type a dig at Fred in , enter my bid, and the dang screen says something like ....  YOU CANNOT GO HERE!!

Computer clock now says 9:00   :banghead:

My one finger typin and my smart alec dig to Fred (who I've dealt with before) has caused me to miss out!

Hmmph!

Gotta get back in shop and do some work, to be continued......  :D

(learned it from Charlie, alright?)
Stay sharp, Kenny.

"Gift from Fred"   :saywhat:

Opened it and there was the glove the rascal outbid me on!!

Ya gotta love Trad Gang , the folks that hang here , and the giving spirit for the St Judes Auction!!

Thanks Fred! I owe ya one now, buddy!!   :notworthy:

And thanks Thad for donating the glove to start with!   :notworthy:

Fred is one of the really good ones!    :clapper:

Most members would be amazed at how often the winner tells the item donor to either keep the item or ship it to somebody else.  There are a lot of good....Really Good, people of this site.
The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.
