Cresting paint with no fumes?

Any ideas for cresting paint with no fumes or smell? Thank you.

Acrylic craft paints. Water-base, water clean up. Hundreds of colors and about a dollar a bottle.

Be aware of what you seal with though...make sure you wont have a compatability issue between products, for example:  you wouldnt want to fletchlaq over acrylic!
