New Bow, sort of.
« on: June 12, 2013, 01:52:00 PM »
New bow, sort of. Received it new 8 months ago. I decided not to post about it until I was past the new bow glow

I had to drop down in draw weight.

Ordered a 35 lb. Woodmaster recurve from Bruin Custom Recurves. Had never held one in my hands before, but always remembered the write up on this bowyer in the Traditional Bowhunter magazine from maybe 20 years ago. Also, all the forum reports I could find are all highly positive.

There are so many excellent bowyers out there now, so many choices ...

In addition to the grin that comes with acquiring a new bow I also lucked into the nicest shooting bow I have ever handled and surprising speed for a 35 lb. bow.

I have posted a review in the Product Reviews Forum.

Life is good;

Ciao, Craig
