Getting the writing off arrow shafts
« on: June 18, 2013, 08:36:00 AM »
I've got some GT shafts I want to use to make arrows for my new '59 Kodiak.  What do you use to get the writing off the shafts when making "fancy" arrows?

A little acetone on a wash cloth. It scrubs off pretty easily.

Lacquer thinner also works- as it also works to take off dipping, cresting, fletching, glue, etc. . .
