Bruin Custom Recurves. Little talked about, smooth, fast, quiet and no stack out past your draw length. Phone only, I think. I so not believe the bowyer has e-mail. He also makes a reflex deflex longbow with a recurve style grip.

The Bob Lee's are nice, too. So many good bows out there now, so many choices.

Good luck.

Got a custom made Toelke today. Took 17 days from ordering to arriving on my door step.

I am very interested in Mr Cox's bows and sent him an email, but have not heard back from him yet.   Maybe South has gone on a hunting trip or something.

You might try calling Toby or Roger at Black Widow. Usually their wait time is only 7-9 weeks and this is what they told me when I placed my order a few weeks ago. They make a really nice 2 piece takedown longbow and 3 piece recurves.

I know it seems repetitive, but I just had Dan Toelke reduce and refinish a T/D Whip. Amazing service and quality of work. And quick.
He gave me a deal, and I didn't even buy the bow from him originally!
He gets my vote for the quality of the bow and, also very important, for customer service.

Allen Boice of Liberty Bows is fairly quick. Probably 6 weeks or so. His Edge is a pretty radical D/R design and he has started building the Chief a mild D/R design again because he received so many requests to bring it back.
Check him out he is a sponsor here.

Thanks guys for all the tips.  Have ordered another Jim Jones Firefly.  This will be number 4.   Great bow and excellent service from Tim and Jim.
