Good work, but I echo those above. Pretty tempting to do too much now. I'm 4 months out from a hip replacement and just starting to really get going. BUT 3-4 more months(I've been warned) until good to go. Each of us is different though. Just keep at the exercises, best way to get ahead.
My motivation is the 3-4 months puts me back at it for the hunting season. Steady as she goes...
