Pointy Tips

I see some bows with the long pointing tip, Montana for example, and others with more rounded tips.  Just curious what you prefer and why?

Bowless,
Doesn't matter to me as long as the bottom tip is rounded. A pointy bottom tip would get boogered up easier. JMO

The tip on my recurve is kind of square.  Not pointy or round!

On most LBs I have seen the top is pointed, and the bottom is round.

It's really just personal preference.

I like pointy tips on both ends.  Although I understand the reasoning, one pointy and one rounded just looks funny to me.
