To metaphorically compare your bliss to that of having a child is touching and quite a tribute to Mr. Berry.

I am with you on both accounts...

MUDs , very eloquent way to word it. It is no secret that I am a huge fan of James bows and I have said it multiple times, but the moment I first recieved my Vixen I just knew I had the pinnacle of perfection in my hands. I have sense ordered and recieved two more Berrys and  have a fourth on order.
Once you own one, you finally get it. And  truly know what what we mean.

I just got in from taking the "Amazon Lady" out for a few evening arrows.

I just had to be sure she was feeling right at home so I shared with her what James and Danny said and her reply was "James and Danny who?"...lol

That's a beautiful bow Mudd!

But after looking at the pictures a little more closely, I am pretty certain JD mislabeled that bow. To me, it looks like a left-handed Morning Star that JD put put the leather grip stitching on the belly instead of the back.

I will PM you my address and you can send that one to Colorado beings how I am left-handed and all.
Shoot straight!
Doug

PS - Still lovin that Osage Royale
I had a really good group going... until I shot the second arrow.

My best bows are the ones someone else didn't want.

Hahaha!   Not if he continues thinking clear glass he won't.

But if he does by some stretch of his imagination, my future "in the hole" bow(Morningstar) will put me back on top...lol

Mudd,

Your lady will be hard to beat, but I have great confidence James can do it, especially with clear glass!  I am allowing him some artistic license, so he can have fewer limits on his creativity. Watch and see!

It is so hard to wait.  I don't know if it helps or hurts when he says with a smile, "You're coming up."

Mudd-
Maybe I missed it, but what is the significance of the name "Amazon Lady"?  Just wondering.

Hermon: the only real significance is when Mr Berry called me to let me know my bow was finished he proudly announced that it was a girl then quickly corrected himself and said she actually more like a nicely dressed out lady at which point I replied she has to be an "Amazon Lady" if she's going to the woods with me....lol

God bless,Mudd

PS: If everything turns out as Mr Berry tells me it will(I have become a believer in what Mr Berry tells me) then her sister bow (Morningstar) where everything will be identical to this one, but with a reverse handle will be named "Amazon Queen"
