That's a odd place to see contact, usually you see it on the very outside edge of the shelf. Could be a form issue. A feather rest would most likely solve the problem.

A very simple elevated rest, just a few feathers glued together. They are cut into a half oval and attached backwards on the arrow shelf. If you do a search you should be able to find some pics and someone on here that makes them. You can make one yourself also.
It seems longer draw guys have more problems with shelf contact for some reason. I draw 31"s, I've tried everything and I cannot shoot of the shelf with any of my bows.

Just a follow up. Started from scratch, and ended up moving the noc way up. arrow was still hitting the riser but not near has bad. also went to 225gr points and that help some also. Then I got a feather rest and tried that and readjusted the noc. everything is much better now. no riser contact, quite bow and bare shafts hitting very close to fetched at 25 yards or so. Broadheads are shooting good too. Also tried some AD traditional and set them up similar and they shoot even better.
thanks for all the help!

try a 35-55 anyway just to see. you need to have a wide variety of spines on hand to try to see what works for you.

the 3555 are too short. My wife shoots them and I gave them a try, Just too short with my draw.

Glad you got them flying true Mark. Nothing more frustrating then not being able to tune a bow.
