Sounding off/ pun intended

Hello gang:
1st an observation:
If shooting split fingers, I notice less noise/vibration.
If shooting a bow three under even with a tiller for 3 under I still think it is quiter shooting split fingered..
Here is my question:
I have talked to bowyers who say there is no way to tiller a boy to either way. WHen they get done if things line up and they are 1/8 or so they count it done... So if I had a bow tillered for split fingered and shot it that way will it be quiter than a bow tillered 3 under and shot split fingered???? Confused yet? ahahah... Just curious....
Reason I'm asking is I got a bow tillered 3 under and shoot it split and just wondering would it be quiter if It were tillered for split?

How loud is it? I've shot widows split fingered that were tillered for 3 under and vise ver and splitfingers was quieter both ways...

I shoot 3 under, but I've got bows tillered both for 3 under and split. I've definitely noticed regarding nock point placement, but nothing pertinent to noise.
Split is just quieter for most shooters regardless of tiller IMO.

I've shot 3 under since the late 70's and for me split finger is more quiet.. One year I even switched but after a few months went back to 3 under..This has been with many bow tillered from 0 to 1/4".
I do know guys with shoot 3 under very quietly though..
Good luck

I shoot both 3 under and split. IMO the bow is always a little quieter split regardless what it was tillered for. Just my 2 cents worth.
