Fletching glue?
«
on:

Anyone use either BEYOND BOND or NPV glue for fletching on aluminum arrows?
I am wanting to know if there are any problems with these glues before fletching up a dozen arrows.
I've been using fletchtite platinum but thought I would try something different.
Thanks
John

John, Platinum is all I use and I never have feathers falling off of either aluminum or carbon. Scrub with a paper towel soaked in acetone before fletching and you will be good to go.

NPV seems to work well on just about anything. No experience with Beyond Bond myself.
I sure liked the old original white bottle Fletch Tite on aluminums.

My local archery shop managed to come up with quite a few of the old white tube Fletch-Tite...fortunately a lot of new shooters have no idea what it is so it is not selling well...what a shame

I like Goat Tuff. I only wait a few minutes between fletches and it works great.
