That fox is surely a different coloration of any I've seen State side, but they all act the same.

Your area is very open. Not sure what I expected, but it is intriguing looking country!

You know what you should do? Come with him and hunt at my place.

This open landscape is our tipical cork oak area with grain crop beneath. Very beautiful.

Doc looks like a typical red fox with summer coat .Has black ears and legs with white tip on tail and dark spot at b ase of tail on rump . Our fox are kind of ugly around here now . Great footage I am always facinated with fox .

What was the larger predator at the end that sent the fox scurrying away?

Another fox.  We have very few wolves and linx in Portugal and they are miles away from my place.
