Recommendations on ILF Riser
«
on:
July 24, 2013, 09:43:00 PM »
Hi,
I am on the search for an ILF Riser. My dream riser would be:
15 inches
Wood with a radius shelf
Thin longbow locator style grip - medium low.
The most important thing is the Longbow style grip. I love the thinner locator style longbow grip that is medium low. I have not been able to find an ILF Riser with a grip like that. Anyone make one?
As always - thanks in advance!

I'm sure Bob Morrison would make one like that if you asked him.

Have a Black Creek and Titan ILF but both of those are blockier than you are looking for . Morrison makes on of the best looking riser and could fix you up. Thanks, Roy

This is true. It's a low grip. I forgot about that.

Thanks Everyone! Anyone get a riser from ilfcustombows? Looks like Black Creek went out of business. Does anyone know if Jim Gainey has quite making risers altogether or is he making risers for ilfcustombows?

Just for kicks and giggles you should try a Hoyt Buffalo. Carbon limbs and like someone said here you can throw it out of a tree and not hurt it.

Just picked up my second 17" Zipper ILF riser ......[wife is shooting the first], Bill is real good to work with and can most likely give you what you are looking for!

Thanks all for your suggestions. When the time comes, I will most likely give Mr. Morrison a call.
