Thunderhorn quivers

I just had a few questions about the Thunderhorn Boa quiver. One how deep is it? I shoot a head that's over 3 inches long so I want it covered. Two does it stay in place good? Mounting system pretty good. I like the looks of them just wanted to hear first hand from people who use them.

They are excellent quivers! They won't move around I'm not sure if they will hide all 3" of your BH though. Give them a call they can answer it for you. Good service and great people todo business with.

Best of the large quivers IMO. I'm partial to the EFA for a small, 3-arrow quiver for a light longbow or my 50's style recurve, but for more capacity or a heavier riser bow it's hard to beat the Thunderhorn. Very secure attachment.

The plastic hood on the one I just measured is 4". I like the attachment, rock solid if you strap it low on the fades and then slide the straps toward the handle 'til good and snug. The rubber itself (or whatever material it is) is not as stretchy as say, a GN.

 I've had this model on a couple recurves to try out and liked it enough to grab one for my brother. I like the plastic hood because it's easy to paint a design on or camo it up if desired...

I use the thunderhorn and use Grizzly el grandes and it hides them just fine

The grizzlies are what I shoot so it sounds like the Thunderhorn will be perfect for me.

I tried one on my longbow and could not keep it from sliding up and down on my bow. I went back to my Great Northern and have no such issues.

I went ahead and gave Duane a call. I figure they sound like a pretty well made quiver and to me they are the best looking ones being made. I thank everyone for their opinions. It did change my mind from going with the Boa. I ordered the Lynx.

I use the Thunderhorn two point, I shoot 300 xtreme heads and they are 3" and they go all the way into the foam, no problem.

I've tried several bow quivers and the TH stays tight, is durable, the hood will not move around like some quivers I've tried. The Delta is a great quiver but I dont like a quiver that big on my bow.
You shouldn't have a problem with your broadheads being covered with the TH.

I have had the same problem, I called Thunderhorn about how to resolve this and they said to order the Lynx. I will be ordering one

I have been using a Thunderhorn for years and love them. I have several.
I had 1 bow that I had trouble with the quiver moving. It had the slickest, shiniest finish I have ever seen on a longbow. Other than that one bow, the quivers all stay tight without any problem.

I have 2 thunderhorn lynx quivers and they are great quivers. Duane will match your bow wood colors with his leather if you ask .
