AZ BHA chapter!!!!!
« on: August 10, 2013, 05:33:00 PM »
Today I participated in the creation of the BHA chapter for AZ.  It has been a long time coming.  I think the first meeting was in 2009 or so.  We now have one of our very own.  So all of you AZ types need to get on board.  There  is no other hunting and fishing group that is more dedicated to habitat than BHA.

Congratulations! The NE chapter just got off the ground about 2 wks ago. This is all big news for traditional hunters and anyone who cares about saving wilderness.

Power to the AZ BHA chapter!

The easiest way to join is go to their website and sign up.  BHA stands for Back country Hunters and Anglers.  We advocate for roadless areas and responsible OHV use.  Every local chapter shapes it's own destiny.  For us here in AZ the issues are probably going to revolve around improving habitat and the outdoor experience by reducing the road density.  There are very few places in AZ that are not within 1 mile of some kind of road.
