Carbon 'Curve, Anyone?
« on: January 19, 2007, 06:19:00 PM »
Curious to know if anyone's got their hands on a new black swan carbon 'curve. I read some posts a while back and thought I'd get an update.   :jumper:
Is it September yet?!

I am also interested in the black swan carbon curve.  I was wondering what the specs are length, cost, etc.  I emailed Black Swan but never heard back from them.

hey Roger, I have one of the hybrids and I really like it. I was wondering what the handle configuration is on the 'curves. Is it flat like the others?

Basically the same. I'm getting a new style Impala riser with a set of the curve limbs for it soon. I'll have a new Hybrid on Tuesday.

That is the older style limbs. The newer bow is even quicker.

Just wait and see some of the new stuff for this year. Some folks are going to be real surprised.

I just saw the pic in the black swan add in the feb/march TBM. Looks as sweet as can be - I'm glad arvid stayed with the flat grip. It took me a while to get used to it, but now other riser styles just seems bulky and in the way. I'll have to see if I can get my hands on one of those curves.

He has a 65# one at the shop right now and several others will be done real soon so now would be a good time to let him know.

david,
i am not surprised at all, just glad it is happening. i was getting tired of many saying that the holy grail could not be reached, especially when we have been so close for so long.

Gino let me just say I think the bar is about to get higher again. I'm looking forward to your project also. If I can help you out with that, give me a shout. I have some stuff you can borrow for comparisons if you need to.
