Looking for a smaller possibles bag. What are you using?

I've got a couple of bags I use as possibles bags, but they can fit so much stuff that:  a) I put so much in them that finding what I want to pull out is noisy and cumbersome, and b) they get heavy and awkward when doing a lot of still hunting.  Both of my current bags are roughly 12"x10"x3".

I'd like to go smaller.  What are you using?  What do you like about your bag?  Love pics!

If you don't have to have something "traditional". Google Red Rock Rover Bag.  Not smaller but way more comfortable to carry and will be really small with only a few items in it.  Zippers super tough.

Lots of molle straps to strap your harness, thermocell etc.  I also mount a quiver on it

Last night I bought a small camo pack with two zippered compartments and a long over the shoulder strap. Got it at Wally World for $8. It will be perfect for my local whitetail hunts as well as SC hog hunting.

Some guys are carrying WAY too much stuff into their local woodlot.

The good part about hunting with trad gear is it just doesn't take much.
I've never found that i need a pack or a possibles bag. I do stuff my pockets of my BDUs.
I take a knife on my belt, a wind powder bottle in my pocket, my t-cell clipped to a pocket, maybe an extra sweatshirt, binocs on my neck, gloves in pocket, compass around my neck, snacks in the BDUs water bottle in a pocket. Some stuff fits in the quiver pocket like BH sharpener for touchups.
I guess it depends on how long you are staying out. Maybe an all day Elk hunt would require a pack with light raingear and more water/food, first aid, light survival stuff.

Check out the Frost river site their shell bag is what I carry. It comes in four different sizes and is quality construction. It is perfect for a day hunt, couple bottles of water, snacks, drag rope, small sharpener, gloves, bow stringer, very small first aid kit, extra string and a flashlight. They have one that is 7"×9"×2.5".

Hill people gear kit bag.  I didn't get it at first, until I tried one.  Now I love having all my gear on my chest, right where I can see it and get what I need.  Carry binos, folding knife, gps, emergency kit.
