Improvised for lots of fun, you?

We were wanting to shoot together at the family outing but only had one shooting glove and one arm guard! What was I to do? I checked for resources and this is what I found, a set of work gloves, a fountain drink cup, and some masking tape....
Tada.....
Time to shoot!!!
Lets hear your stories of when you had to improvise in shooting or hunting scenarios....

My friend never wears a glove. He puts duct-tape on the serving where his fingers go.

I've used a semi-clean sock as an arm guard before.

I made an arm guard out of an empty 12 pack, a sock, and duct tape once. Worked pretty well. Had to use it for a couple weeks until I bought a new one. I wish I'd have gotten a picture of some of the looks that I got when I showed up to the 3d course with it. Lol.
