I would like to down load maps of CO for my etrex, but don't know much about GPS. Anybody have source for that?

Putting maps on your eTrex happens in 2 parts:
1. Download map and open in a program called Garmin Basecamp.
2. Connect the eTrex to the computer and transfer the map to the GPS using Garmin Basecamp.
Maps:
http://www.gpsfiledepot.com/maps/state/co
Garmin Basecamp:
http://www.garmin.com/en-US/shop/downloads/basecamp
The trick is getting the files to open in Garmin BaseCamp.
