You cant hunt spring bears in ontario. Fall hunts only. They shut down the spring season many years ago.
For fall bear hunts rick dickson's bear hunts in the wawa/white lake/duberville area is a top notch outfit that i have hunted with 8 times.

Bear Paw Landing, Wabigoon, Ontario.  Carl and Susan Seek owners.  It's just outside of Dryden.  Carl is a traditional shooter and it's archery only!

Spring Bears I would look at Walters Wilderness Camp first....went there in 90s and going back either in 2014 or 2015.  Saw more bears in a week than I have ever seen even on television in an entire season.  They are bowhunting only...and have a good percentage of traditional shooters.  Roger Rothhaar started this camp many years ago with Walter and Roman Charko...Walters son runs it now but they are still there in force.

You wont be disappointed....it is near Carrot River SASK.

I second the suggestion to go with Walters wilderness in Sas.
