This is my first season hunting trad.  I plan on using my kmag.  How many of you guys are hunting with a kmag this fall?

KMag is my favorite production recurve.  Just one of those bows that really fits me and my style.  I've got two ('73 and '76).  Would really like to have a FF compatible 45# or 50#.

Never question a man's choice in bows or the quality of an animal he kills.  He is the only one who has to be satisfied with either of those choices.

I will be hunting with a #45 Kmag this year.  I am impressed by how well it casts the arrow.  I can shoot it very accurately and I have it set up to be very quiet.  I like ground hunting and at 52" it really shines.  And I bought it here for a song.

I've got a 1962 Kodiak Magnum that will see some time in the woods this fall along with a 1957 Kodiak. My buddy just picked up a 1964 Kodiak Magnum, so I'm guessing it will see some time in the woods too.

I've got a 1962 Kodiak Magnum as well.  I just finished restoring it, gotta find my camera to take a pic of it.  Sanded down to grey glass, new labels from Al and a beautiful piece of dark brazilian rosewood.  Stumbled onto a fellow trad gang member that was having a garage sale.  He was selling some Bear things so I asked about any recurves.  He said he just picked up a 62 kodiak mag and was going to restore it.  I looked at it and said that is a project for me and he let me buy it.  Oh, his screen name is Marlin 450 (Roy), Nice guy.  You never know where you'll find a trad gang member.  Now let me find the camera and figure out how to post the pic's.
