Carbon Arrow Component ID

Haven't shot my carbon arrows in awhile. I have a component that I can't identify or find... was hoping y'all could help me identify them. They seem to be aluminum... and add about 1/2" to the length of the nock end of the arrow. I'll try to get a pic below. Thanks!

Pretty sure that is a type of collar that protects your arrow. I use a similar type of thing on my arrows and it kept one arrow from being destroyed by preventing a robin hood that would have split the carbon shaft

Gold Tip made those I believe,it was an adapter that would allow you to add weight to the nock end. That would stiffen up a weak spine,it was all for tuning.I believe they discontinued those years ago.

Thanks guys. I used them to get a shade more length on mine (tuned a little better)... and now can't find any. I guess the discontinued part answers that! Thanks a bunch!

JRY309 has it correct. Made by Gold Tip so weights could be added to nock end of shaft.
