Quiver 4 Bear Kodiak
« on: September 06, 2013, 07:06:00 AM »
I have a 60" Bear Kodiak that I am looking for a Quiver for.  I have a Great Northern but it is the now adjustable model an is a little short for the bow.  Bottom strap is just below the grip.  Wondering what a good option would be for this bow.

EFA or Kanati, both are great quivers.

I have an older bear, screw on, upper arm is spring. Also they made a double spring arm. Both are available at times in the classifieds, or big auction. GN has a side mount that requires two bushings. Kits are available from 3Rivers.

It kinda depends on which 60" Kodiak.

The GN Adjustable would be a good choice.

Ive modified 4 arrow leathertop Bear quivers and like them a lot.

Cutting the bottom spring arm off and adding a bolt-on bracket makes a very sturdy quiver.

The tape-on model works pretty well on Kodiaks prior to 1962.

Modifying quivers to fit your favorite Kodiak is fun

Heres a Great Northern adjustable on a "Souped-Up" 57 Kodiak.  Great balance and very adequate.  A GN Kickback would be even better.

That adjustable is what I need.  I like the one I which is the standard model its just a little short spaced.  I have it working just not like like it.
