I have no personal experience with shooting wood arrows this stiff, but Black Widow has a spine calculator for wood arrows shot through its bows. Their calculator comes up with a spine of 140# for your setup. They start with a base spine of 1.2 X bow weight, and add factors for arrow length over 28" and point weight over 100 grains.
Te biggest factor in your case is arrow length. They recommend adding 15% more spine for each inch of arrow length over 28", which in your case is a whopping 67.5% increase in spine!
