I know this is kind of a long shot but does anyone here remember or are there any former members of the Wing bowmen that were in this club in the early to mid sixties? I'm just curious because my dad was a member and actually my grand-mothers house is very near the old range in Essex THANKS in advance for any information,

Yes, a couple of us who 3-D shoot almost every weekend use to shoot field archery there. Isn't there a few target butts still up for the public to shoot at the old location now? It was at the end of Back River Neck road, right?

Yes make a left on to Maple road off of Back River. When did the range on close? I lived there 71-78 and spent a lot of time back there with my dad and never remember it being active during that time period. I think his Wing bowmen patch is dated 1963 not sure though I'd have to look.
