Last spring Joebuck mentioned a little gadget that he said was "worth its weight in gold." Well, when Joe talks I tend to listen and man he was right!!

I've been using the Gator Grapnel for the last month or so and that thing has really come in handy. I use a Loc-on and LW sticks for most of my run and gun hunts and with this I can go straight up the tree now with no more ups and down. I lay out all the stuff at the base of the tree and go "fishin" LOL I've got it attached to my Simmons climbing belt but I think Im going to try and get one of those small retractable dog leashes and attach it to that and see how that works. All that line does get hung up some, not a big deal except at oh dark thirty the black line gets a bit hard to see. Just some fyi and a thanks to Joebuck!!!
