Light weight come along/pulley for elk???
« on: October 03, 2013, 09:55:00 AM »
I'm looking for a pulley system. The ones I've found are 4 lbs. Looking for something lighter. I've seen them in the past. Maybe they just aren't made any longer...?

Petzl mini traxion.
Research how to rig a pulley system w/ climbing gear. Lighter by far or maybe even cheaper.

I once pulled my Subaru, through 8 in of snow, off a cliff.
I used a 7:1 pulley riged up with dog leashes, a rope I happen to have in the car and a couple of biners.
