I've been away from bow hunting for about 5 yrs, since we moved to Western SD, and I'm returning to my traditional roots.
About 2 yrs ago, my wife left for OCS to become a Marine Officer. We were separated for 18 months whilst she completed her training at Quantico, VA. We were able to live together again this past April, and wouldn't you know it, about 2 months later we found out she is pregnant with our first child. We are extremely excited because we had tried before, but without success. We recently found out we are having a wee baby girl!! We are naming her Margret Ann, after the first female Marine General, and will call her Maggie. She is due to join us on Valentines Day and we are very excited to show her off at our local 3D shoots next summer.
Anyway, I'm looking at buying an ACS CX 3 piece longbow with an aluminum riser. I like the added weight and I will be able to custom fit the grip to my hand (if needed) before it's dipped in Natural Gear Camo. Now if my custom long range rifle would sell...
It's good to be back!!!!
