The kids talked me into goin to the range today. We like to blow up balloons and use them as targets. My first three shot found the mark, then my Daughter quickly ran away on me....she out shot me by five hits. My son finished the day by drilling a small balloon at 20 yards.
This was a good change of pace, with my back problems it felt great to get a few shots off.

Doesn't it feel great to be shooting trad again???  I recently had elbow surgery myself and I was afraid that I might have to hunt with the wheelie bow if anything at all.  Well in just a relatively short amount of time, I am just getting back to shooting my longbow and the old compound is going back into the closet for good!
