I just bought a pair of Browning's full curl wool pants a few days ago and already hunted in them around 24 hrs total. They are ridiculously warm, maybe even more than you're looking for. They have been perfect on the 15 degree mornings for me, but downright hot while hiking in the mid 40s. If you're stand or blind hunting they'd probably be great. they are a bit pricey, but so far seem to be long-term durable. Happy hunting.

I bought a pair of these from David last year and I love them. Very well made and warmer than my wool pants.

I just bought a pair of Stormy Kromer bunkhouse britches. Its been too warm since I last hunted but will probably get to use them this week. Well made, domestic pants at a good price.

I sprung for the Gray Wolf bibs, the basic Northwoods unlined wool. Very nice, the tightest weave wool I've seen (including Filson). Wore them last night, upper 30's rain/snow 15-20 mph wind, nice and comfy!

I bought a pair of HEAVY military surplus (German I believe) wool over-pants. I had a tailor add long zippers to the legs so I could get them on over my boots. Wear with suspenders so I don't need a tight belt to keep them up.

I walk out to the stand in my jeans and, if it's cold, long johns. Once I get to my stand I pull the over-pants on and not even a hard wind gets through them. Dirt cheap too.

WOOL! Then buy a cheap pair of camo pants big enough to fit over them. When it gets cold I'll put on smart wool long johns, wool and then a pair of ASAT Bibs over everything.
