I've watched my wife make quilts to give away to family members. Unless you have seen it done you have no idea the amount of work and planning that goes into a quilt. They are truely a labor of love.

Hey, I might need one of those to sleep outside with by the time I get to Shrewhaven camp on Saturday, I'm concerned goldilocks (Penny dog) might be in my bunk and I'll have nowhere to sleep.

That thing is freaking awesome.  Both yours and Rogers are just great.  I would be very interested in buying on of them.  I like the patches.

I turned the furnace down last night just so Nancy and I could have it over us as we sat on the couch watching TV..   :)

I used mine at ShrewHaven this year, it was all I needed. The combination of wool and Sherpa fleece is amazingly warm. I'm betting these will be extremely limited based on materials and labor....I would get in contact with Teresa asap if you want one. And you DO want one.    ;)

Great looking wool quilts...

What's more is I love seeing your copy of "Field Notes".  Can't tell you how many times I read mine. Great entertainment, bowhunting during a wonderful period of time. And Fred Bear made it come to life with his prose and pictures. Truly a classic. My copy was lost during a move years back, a loss I regret.

I had mine at ShrewHaven also, it was a wonderful thing. By the way these quilts are not flimsy things, they're thick and warm without being heavy. I'm surprised at the very reasonable price.

Mine reminds me of the quilts my grandma used to make. I remember when I stayed at grandma's house in the winter I had to sleep in an unheated room upstairs. Grandma would pile quilts on me until I could hardly move. Teresa's quilt makes me remember grandma, and I like that.

Just throwing in a plug for Mrs. Asbell.  Just got off the phone with her and there are quilts still available at the time of this post.  What an awesome Christmas gift these will make!

Thanks for turning us on to these Ron!

BTW, NM Baraga estimated to be delivered tomorrow, but you know how those dates go.  Exciting times!  Will post up some pics...
