Gary Sentman ELITE CLASSIC
« on: November 09, 2013, 09:44:00 PM »
I have owned a lot of nice longbows, 35 or 40 of them.  Today I had what my pal Bryan Hall likes to call a "Bow off."

Today I shot the following bows:  (1) Big Jim Buffalo, (2) Saluki Deluxe, (3) Green Mountain Longbow, (4) Treadway Black Forest, (5) Big River 21st Century R/D, (6) Thunderhorn longbow, (7) Bamabows Royal Expedition, (8) Border Harrier GL, (9) HHA Tembo, and (10) Gary Sentman Elite Classic.  I own all but the Border and the HHA.

The finest shooting bow that I had in my hands today was the Gary Sentman Elite Classic (The Big River bow was second best.).

My Elite Classic is 68" and 60 # @ 30".  I was shooting Heritage 350 31" BOP and 200 gr. arrows.  This bow is super smooth to draw, zero hand shock, forgiving, excellent cast, and consistent to shoot.  The first arrow that I shoot when I pick up this bow is almost always the best first arrow that I shoot from any bow.

If you are fortunate enough to talk Gary into building you one of these bows, I highly recommend them.  The Classic Elite might just be the best bow I have ever owned.

Thanks Gary!

The shots pictured below are from 30 yards.  And this is a lot better bow than I am archer.  LOL.

I set out a while ago to reduce my herd of 40 bows...And I am finally down to 42
