New to Traditional, longbow questions

Im looking to buy a 50lb longbow around 60" thinking the shorter the better being that I'm going to be hunting out of treestands. I'm wanting one for under $350. Can any of you point me in the right direction?

Welcome to tradgang and traditional bow hunting.
Lots of great bows out there used in that price range.
Thunder stick bows by Jim Reynolds are great bows and very affordable custom bows. I have 2 of his longbows that I have beat the crap out of bow fishing for the last 15 years and they and super durable and great shooters.
Others will chime in here with other great options for you.

Samick CA 60 fits all your criteria.

I have shot one, it shoots well.

its not as nice as a used custom bow (finish, performance) but just as reliable, accurate and quiet.

New is nice, but used generally offers a better value.  Another plus is that if you aren't as happy with it as you thought you might be, you can sell/trade it at much less loss.

Depending on design, I like a 58"-62" bow.  I find 62" to work just fine in a treestand.

I second the suggestion to find a good used bow. There are plenty out there. It's entirely likely that, once you get going, you'll end up going through several different bows before you find out what you want or need. Used bows, as long as they are not abused, hold on to their value quite well.

Do you have any idea what your draw length is? That will determine a lot of what bow you need to be looking at.
