All jokes aside, I know too many good hunters that put deer on the ground using smoke to help them.
I smoke everything from my socks to the insides of my boots over or near a regular campfire.
As a side note, many a hunter has had to put down a cigarette to shoot a deer with their bow!
This guy crossed my trail and I shot him at about 9 yards. Just saying...
If you want to look me up on Facebook I also have recent video of other bucks at close range in swirling wind where I didn't get busted except for the movement I created wile filming. Even at that, the bucks never "blew" at me or bugged out.
