Old Tournament Recurve ID

I have this 68" recurve that does not have a manufacturers name on it. It is marked CITATION MARK 111. I would guess it was made in the early to mid 1960's. Is anyone familiar with this bow?

Smithwick used to make a model called "Citation" in that era.

The bow is indeed a Smithwick as stated by Rod which was made by Tom Jennings in 1963. Thanks to all.
